Booking Policy at C & Co Studios

Please be advised that we have a strict cancellation policy.

All appointments at C &Co Studios require a deposit equal to a percentage of the selected service to secure your booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that things come up, but we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any cancellations made within 48 hours will result in a forfeited deposit. 

Late Arrivals
To respect all clients’ time, please arrive promptly. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to complete your service and your deposit will be forfeited. We will do our best to accommodate you, but rescheduling may be necessary and you may lose your deposit.

Rework Policy
Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. If you have any concerns with your service, please let us know immediately. Reworks must be completed within 7 days of your original appointment. After this period, any adjustments will be treated as a new appointment and charged accordingly.

Change of Mind
Please note we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind decisions. If you’re unsure about a service or considering a big change, we encourage a consultation prior to booking to ensure the service is right for you.

We truly appreciate your understanding, as late cancellations/no-shows are a loss of business for us.
