Will I receive an appointment confirmation text?

YES! You will receive a confirmation message 48 hours before your appointment, please reply YES to confirm or call/text the salon on 93672009 to reschedule.

What products do you use?

We believe in quality products which is why we offer products from global and industry leaders including Kerastase, Wella and Great Lengths Extensions.

Do you have parking?

Yes! We have ample street parking right out the front of our salon in Kensington.

I'm unsure on what services to book?

We completely understand – it can be confusing! Reach out and we will be able to advise on what services will suit you best!

What should I wear?

You will wear a protective cape during your visit with us as a safety measure and we always do our best to avoid any spills/leaks.

However it’s always best to be on the safe side and not wear anything valuable or too bulky, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to clothing or personal items.

I don't know what I want. Can I book a consult?

Absolutely! We highly recommend booking a complimentary consultation if you would like to discuss options on what we feel will suit you and your lifestyle best.
